Do you work fixed-price or time & materials?
Both. Fixed-price works best when scope is stable and acceptance criteria are clear. Time & materials is better for evolving products and iterative delivery.
What timelines should we expect?
A discovery/sprint can be 1–2 weeks. Typical first delivery milestones are 4–12 weeks depending on scope, integrations, and stakeholders.
What tech stack do you use?
We choose based on constraints and long-term maintainability. Common stacks include modern web frameworks, cloud-native patterns, and pragmatic observability.
How do you communicate progress?
Weekly demos/progress recaps, written decisions, and a clear milestone plan. The goal is that stakeholders always know what shipped and what’s next.
Do you provide ongoing support?
Yes—retainer-style ownership for enhancements, reliability, performance, and support. We plan handover clearly if you prefer in-house ownership.
